The 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Maui Yoga Shala is designed to deepen a students yoga practice as well as for those interested in pursuing the path to teaching. The four week intensive meets each day focusing on various facets of the practice ranging from philosophy, proper alignment, pranayama as well as anatomy and physiology. This training is designed for dedicated students to the yoga practice. While prior knowledge is not essential it is extremely helpful to come into the training with some awarenss of the practice.
